Upper end of my sweet spot today. Lot's of swelling in my legs, so I'll push the water today and may have to do compression stockings tomorrow.... probably should have worn them today. Fasting blood work first thing tomorrow. Can't wait to see how my cholesterol numbers look.
Paula... nice job managing your weekend ! Good luck tomorrow ! By butt and upper legs are where most of my excess skin is, and I just can't consider PS in that area, because of the lymphedema. Carbon... enjoy your new Fitbit !! Sounds like everyone has their head in the game for a new week !! May we all have a great one !!

Way to go, Paula! I can't wait for your PS, too!
123.4 today. For the first time since VSG, I ran for 3 miles continuously (tho slowly) yesterday without much physical effort. Mentally, it was harder because I kept wondering if I was done yet. I distracted myself by listening to one of my DD's young adult books with a vampire theme. I rather like young adult fiction so that isn't a hardship.
Have a great start to the week! Shel

160.8 today. Unexplained gain. But I know I'm making good choices and bodies are just so weird
Weekends are definitely a bit more of a struggle. They're so unstructured, and lots more eating out and fun things to do. Plans yesterday totally got turned upside down. Friend just wanted to relax--which was cool with me! So DH and I had lunch out on a patio--I had the grilled chicken salad with ranch on the side. My snack was where I had some unintended calories. Husband made homemade buttered popcorn while we watched Top Gun (which I had never seen before, for shame!). I counted it like movie theater butter popcorn, but I'm sure the salt didn't help on the scale today. Dinner was yet another patio salad, but this time with shrimp and salsa for my dressing.
Calories were 1158, carbs 61, and protein 59.
Today is my friend's last day here so I think we are going to go out and watch the Thunder hopefully clinch round 1 of the NBA playoffs. But it's so stressful to me trying not to waste any alcohol calories and making sure they don't sneak added calories into food. I'm considering telling people I'm the DD or that I'm pregnant to avoid the calories. I would only have 1 or 2 anyway, but at sub-1000 calorie target, that's too much!
We're Thunder fans in this house too! DH spent a lot of time in OKC (and I joined him there for short stints) some years back - it was the year they came so close to taking it all. Those guys play with heart and style. Go Thunder!

I'm at my Goldilocks number of 112 today
It's cloudy and raining - both unusual in this neck of the woods - so sticking close to home because I still just have my motorcycle. DH is making progress on the truck but he is very thorough which of course to me means 'slow' (haha) getting the truck ready.
Paula wishing you well with the ps consult. I've not had any ps and not sure I will, but might break down and at least get my arms done at some point.
ADDITION- random pics of my bike often show up online. Here's a recent one on Instagram. It seems everybody knows Violet!
