Lunchtime workout, check, although I "only" burned 200 calories compared to 375 yesterday--just not enough time.

Now I have a situation.  I could eat before I go out tonight, but that would be pretty early considering I didn't eat lunch until 1:30, and I'll leave work at 5.  But at least I would know the calories.  But I also feel kind funny going somewhere an ordering nothing.

On the other hand, I have looked over the menu many times.  Not much healthy.  But they do of course have salad and chicken sandwiches.  I could get the chicken sandwich, no cheese, bacon, or bread, and see how much it costs to substitute a side salad and salsa to top (no lf salad dressings).  Or I could go the cobb salad--probably leave off bacon and blue cheese and stick to just chicken, tomato and eggs and again top with salsa.  I just worry about my willpower if I go hungry.  But I also worry about whether I'll be able to abstain from eating entirely anyway, and better go in with a game plan than with just already having eaten my allotted dinner calories.

Am late on today.   

We have had a death in our family and am not sleeping well.  

Calories 1198, Walking with no Fit Bit but it all added up to 2 hours.   Tired.

Everyone is coming over here for supper.

131 today, Went to visit the puppies. They are sure cute and sweet. Too soon to pick the one I want.  Both girls looked pretty good.  No obvious faults in either and sweet as could be. the next few weeks will tell a lot. 

Lots going on trying to get my mom situated. So complicated.   such is life.
