Greetings VSG success stories
Thats what we are you know. WE may have our stumbles but overall we are A students of this process.
Diane Ocean you are so right about the failed food expectations. I remember when we honeymooned in Hawaii and went to a big luau. the food was mediocre and of course its all about the show. But I remember eagerly hitting the dessert table and whatever I got tasted like Crisco with no sugar. I kept getting dessert after dessert thinking something would taste good. But none of them did and I was really bummed. Crummy dessert chef but I bet I tried 10 things. So absurd.
Well up a half to 131.5 so the see saw continues. Still wanna get rid of that 2 lbs because Dr. C told me to and I must do what the guru says. He has not steered me wrong.
Sunny good day and no reason not to get outside. Garden beckons but so does art studio. We are busily cleaning up the house before the cleaning lady comes. Our house usually looks like a thrift shop exploded in here so we have to pick up and shovel a path or two.
Devon those pups are so cute. Can see their little feeties. Haven't met my new girl yet. Maybe this weekend as they will be 3 weeks. One of the girls is a crabby one. We had one like that in a litter and we called her Snotty Dottie. Turned out fine.
Hey a good snack for a sweet craving is grapes. I find them very sweet and filling . add a cheese stick for a very continental snack.
