I looked on Amazon and the one I bought isn't there although they have general cook books for two that I might have to look into.  This one is more of like a robust magazine than a book.

I think you will find it.  I found mine in the check out magazine racks at Whole Foods which I think you also shop at.

My mini-ranges within the greater maintenance range are divided out very similar to what you described which is no surprise because I know you influenced that thinking.   I try live a little more in the bottom of the range so there is more forgiveness at the top if I have a bunch of reasons for sudden water weight gain

Close on the spelling:  it is lymphEdema.

Now, get to Whole Foods!  I keep asking my daughter to look at the book to pick out something but she insists on studying for a biology test.  Total role reversal.

I entered the title incorrectly in amazon....looks like you can get it there, too.

Good morning everyone. I've jumped up to 114. After all the pizza talk yesterday, we ended up ordering in pizza for dinner when we were both too lazy to get on a motorcycle and go get some much needed groceries. Things are a little trickier now that we don't have a car!

I ate a full slice and the toppings off a second slice, which seems to be the right amount when there is no accompanying veggie or salad. As usual the salt showed up on the scale and it will take a few days to make it go away.

Reluctantly accompanied DH to some car lots yesterday to look at trucks. I have nothing to contribute to the choice, other than the price range, and we have completely different shopping approaches, so I'll probably try to extricate myself from the process as much as possible lol.  I'm getting excited about the fifth wheel purchase though and it will be fun getting it equipped with everything!

DH has three months vacation coming up (June, July, August) so while we plan to live in the RV for that time, we don't know what lies beyond that yet. Fortunately, we're fairly comfortable with letting things unfold over time, but we will have to decide whether we give up our current home (which we've been renting since selling our place about 18 months ago to give us more flexibility). It would be good to be able to spend that rent money on other things.  That decision will have to be made fairly soon.

Yes Paula it was me who suggested the junk carb category. It really is useful isn't it. It's a lie to call that crap 'snacks' so it really does put our choices in perspective. Like a day where I ate 1500 cals and 700 of them were crap. And way more entries in the crap category than all others combined?  Story told!

My husband and I never participate in the other's car shopping for exactly the same reason you describe:  totally different approaches.  I do participate in price range as well.

Buying the RV and then making it your own nest will be much more fun!  (Tho, I am already mourning your closet space.)

Yeah,  I wondered the same thing. Where's she going to put ALL THOSE CLOTHES????? They won't fit in the RV - you seen those closets??? Perhaps they'll have to rent a storage place anyhow and she'll have to store most of her clothes there. SAD......

Ummmm yessssss ......... the closet and clothing ..... have to admit that's likely to cause me a great deal of angst ..... most will have to go into storage .....

Quick check in. Busy , busy and ended up staying over with my sister, and didn't weigh in today... as I wasn't home. I had a slice of whole wheat crust ground beef, sausage, pepper and onion pizza, with bites of a side salad.  Think I did pretty well away from home today... we'll see tomorrow morning.  Lorna.. so happy to hear from you. Adjusting to a solo flight is tough.  My heart goes out to you !

Hello Former Fatties

Don't ya just love the word FORMER? I sure do.

Worked at the studio sale today plus made and glazes a few little items. Not much excitement . Down to 130.5.

Did some gardening yesterday. Cute bedding plants are showing up everywhere and are irresistible.

I made chicken with cauliflower yesterday as a stir fry. Not so hot.

Lorna good to hear from you. Sounds like you are managing as best you can. Close your eyes and feel the good energy from your formerly fat friends.
