Toy hauler.... sigh... Would love an RV version (which some companies make) for traveling with the dogs. It is actually something I am considering seriously once retired. It would be much more fun to travel with my pack than leave them kenneled.

Happy Saturday!  Scale was about 161 today (I think?  Do I remember)--it was down a bit.  Sometimes I think this is just the fluctuation my body makes.  But hey the scale's lower.  I'm not complaining.

I'm especially kind of shocked because I have not been eating very consciously the last couple day's with DH's surgery.  He wants comfort food, and I'm eating it with him.  At least trying not to overeat.  But I'm sure I'll get back to my regimen Monday.  This is life.  And I don't think 4 days can hurt everything as long as I know this is just a short break and not normal.

Otherwise, DH is doing pretty well.  He thinks he has a high pain threshold, but I tend to think no.  Men.

Some people just don't do "sick" well. My partner is one of them. He has bronchitis and you'd think he was on death's door!

Hi Skinny Sojourners

Well I am not skinny today. Up a whole pound after my busy day with lots of steps and no bad eating.  I am actually drinking a protein shake (first one in months) and have ordered some more. That tells you how desperate I am as I hate them. Though I got a lucerne light vanilla one and its not to bad. May be able to choke it down.

Worked at the studio sale today. Fairly slow and had to hold myself back from buying too much pottery of others. Some nice visitors.

Keep the faith all. Its overcast here today and just makes me want to take naps.

I have heard before that drinking in the evening will make you wake up at 2 am.  My dad used to do this.  I think its an age thing too.    diane s

189 - 3 lbs. of regain gone, 7 more to go on this little detour, before I continue my journey onward and downward.

My new Up3 fitness band has shipped! Says it will be delivered tomorrow, but tomorrow is Sunday so probably Monday.

To celebrate what would've been my dad's 86th birthday my son and I played cards with my aunt and uncle.  We brought subs from Jersey Mike's which is easy to control.  The leftovers were left behind. My aunt put out cookies that had no appeal. I am on a mission!

Before we left, my aunt gave me a beautiful pearl bracelet and pearl earrings! I am trying to thank her and she does more!
