126.6 today. I hit my calorie/macro target Wednesday, and was over by 100 yesterday (1575). This could be the residual effect of two hours of shoveling snow. I don't want to have a knee jerk reaction and up calories right away. I may need to consider eating back a portion of my exercise calories on days they accumulate to a certain threshold. Breathe.

Man Diane, do you ever get up early (or go to bed late!)
125.2 - trending up, I would like to stay put right here. Got in 45 minutes of boot camp yesterday, wanted to do yoga too but Kohl's had too good of a sale! Lol! Bought some 70-80% winter clothes and then they had t-shirts for $4.99! I can't rally buy too many pants there though - they never have small enough sized in store - who would have thought I wouldn't be able to buy clothes in a "normal" sized store due to being too tiny instead of too big?! Oh well, I can order on-line or go to the more expensive stores (they always carry the smaller sizes)!
Work today. Not sure what else is on the docket.
Happy Friday my Fierce, Fat Fighting Friends - (did ya catch the alliteration there Devon)?

Spring Break has gone by so fast
Vancouver BC was lovely. We saw lots but there is a lot more that I would like to explore next time. And, as always, the Canadians are lovely peeps.
Karik, you are so right about kids having an expectation of daily treats (yes, plural.) And, having so many opinions of what good eating is doesn't help. Why can't everyone accept what I say as The Truth :)
Even adults that I see in clinic don't recognize their daily grande mochas (or whatever) as a treat. I wish I had videos of patients justifying their crazy habits. To be fair, I would have to be in the video as well. These are smart, savvy people who cannot say no the free soda sponsored by their employer. And why the employer thinks it is a good idea to embed fancy soda machines everywhere is beyond me. Those same employees then make a pilgrimage to see me for high triglycerides.
125.3. This bothered me for a moment because it is not less than 125 and my knee jerk reaction was to think "I JUST WON'T EAT!" Then I remembered this is down a couple of lbs from earlier in the week. I measured my hips and I think that they are 1/4 inch smaller (certainly no bigger) than the last time I measured.
I am going to dial back my yogurt habit tho I loves it! Both the yogurt and topping portions have become larger over time. I can still have my previous tiny, dessert like portions if I choose. For me, volume bad, even if it fits my macros for the day.
I think it is supposed to be a beautiful day here....hope your day is, too.

I almost forgot! Here is the latest pic of from Diane S's Chip. I included the commentary from the forwarded e-mail. To my eye, it looks like they are lightening up? Soak up the puppy goodness!
Moved downstairs today. Eyes are open! Ears also. Don't like what they hear or see...

Good morning! Shel, glad you had a good time in BC. Carbon, I hope your cold goes away fast. Paula - sounds like you are on target. Diane S, the puppies are so adorable!!
Weight was the same this morning - 204.1. Food was good, for the most part yesterday, though my 'dollop' of whipped cream on a few blackberries was more like a mound. Another f%ing trigger food I have to look at!
Not too much planned for this weekend, which after last weekend, is a good thing. I've been fighting something - it's going around in my office too. Not sick enough to stay home, etc., but feeling punk. I just wi**** would blossom and run its course or just plain go away. It's been going on all week.
Nothing profound or exciting to report, just another typical day. Food is good so far, so that's something to be happy about.
Have a great Friday!
Hugs, Mary
Morning peeps. Scale is back up to 112 this morning. I'm just heading out with Violet for a day trip in the Rockies. Secondary curvy roads to glorious Lake Louise and then hopefully home just in time to slide into work for a few evening hours. Have a good one!

193.8 - So next week came today!
Very clean food day yesterday and low on calories and high on calories burned. I'm pleased by the number, but am uncertain whether it's real or just a water dump. I'm anticipating a rise up by a pound or so tomorrow. Can only wait and see.
NSV - I was really happy yesterday when I calculated my "mileage" on the elliptical. Yesterday I did 4 miles, all on interval inclines and interval resistance. Got my heart rate up to 167 at the peak (Okay, you nurse like peeps, it came down to 130 in under 5 minutes, so it's all good!). The part that made me happy is I'm doing just under 12 minute miles. This is really good for me. I'm proud of myself.
Wonderful alliteration, Paula!
Happy Fierce Friday, Peeps!
