Bunch a sleepy heads today!

Scale says 124.6 - up a little, not sure why.

Snowing this morning with very slippery roads so outing with the ladies postponed. The sun is out now and the snow has stopped so perhaps we will venture out for lunch!

Son #2 flying out today for band/choir trip at Disney in FL. Wish I was going someplace warm too.

Happy Saturday everyone!

Good morning all !!! My daughter graduated from SU ten years ago, and I'm almost finished paying the last of the loans... will be cheering on the men's team tonight !! Sadie had some shots and an ear/knee recheck at the vet. She is still favoring that left rear knee, so we made the decision to do xrays under sedation on Wednesday. She is 85 pounds and her legs are so muscular, they can't manipulate and palate enough to decide if she has a tear.

130 even today. I'm having lasagna for dinner, within my macros for the day. I'm working at a fundraiser, and bringing take out home.  Cooking for one is lots different. It will all work.

Have a great weekend !

Hi guys,

I'm waiting for the brooks outlet store to open so I can buy running shoes!  I am not going to go back to my old 1/2 marathon days but would like to be able to run 5ks.  I like doing those fundraising ones. I mention that it is an outlet store to make it seem less transfer addiction like :)

i have already done a vinyasa class and hope to do yin tonight

I was 124 something this morning   I think 124.4.  I am in  good frame of mind proven by the fact I had no triggering when I stopped by Panera for coffee.

diane, hope they get Sadie figured out soon

have a great weekend!    Shel

Hi all

Still at 131 in spite of a busy day yesterday, dog walk and clean eating. Not doing so well on my order to lose two pounds. Oh well.

Not much planned for this week other that get ready for a lot to do next week.

The azaleas and rhodies and flowering trees are blooming now.  Makes for beautiful walks. Also allergies. Hubby sneezes and it sounds like a rocket launch.

There is a new book out on nice hikes in our county. Think I will pick it up. We used to do a lot of that when we first moved here.

Stay warm all. Dr. Cirangle says being cold helps you burn calories.  But I am not about to go sit in the 56 degree ocean.  Brrrrrr.

Just now getting a chance to check in. Scale is still at 113.

Worked this morning, rode motorcycles with DH this afternoon and then out for dinner to celebrate DH's 60th birthday today. Will have a glass of wine while he has a piece of cake. Sounds fair, doesn't it?
