Dr Ponce de Leon Mexico VSG 4 Jun 12. I lost 57 lbs on my own before having a VSG. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.

I am so sorry for all that you are going through. My minister spoke this week about first our memories come with grief--but then they come with such gratitude for the time we had with the ones we love. I am sorry for your grief at this time--but I hope soon you will be comforted by all the memories and the wonderful times you have shared.

With you in spirit and prayer. I wish you and your family peace today. I remember someone telling me once that when we feel the loss of someone we hold dear our it is in direct correlation to how deeply we love for them. Knowing that has always made dealing with loss easier for me.
