Monday, March is it the 28th?
Happy Monday Focused Friends-
Grateful to have made it through a "former sugar land mine" successfully. Staying out of sugar (except for planned trifecta) has really minimized cravings for me. I also use strategies other have mentioned like picturing dirty fingers, flies, 0and sneezes on open candy dishes to stop "drive bys". I am not taking this reprieve for granted... I know my HP is giving me a break.
Count down to Santa Monica and summer can begin! I got round #1 of my veggie seeds planted in starter boxes. Last summer, I was fresh out of VSG, and ate NO fresh fruits and veggies. Looking forward to it !!!

125.0 on the scale . I didn't do as good as Ocean Diane regarding navigating Easter goodies, but overall it wasn't too bad.

Work today and nothing tonight - a rare Monday treat due to no scouts during Spring Break. So many of my Facebook friends are in Florida or some other warm place right now. Feeling a little jealous! How I would love to be walking the beach (or climbing Mountains with Shel!)
Devon, any signs that puppies will be showing up in the next few days? Anxious to see pics!

125.7 today. Up, and deservedly so. I took a mini-break from officially weighing and tracking yesterday. My excess calories were almost entirely in the form of various cheeses and whipped cream There was also a small piece of lemon cake but it was planned and enjoyed. I am not feeling guilty about any of it.
Back to structure today --- I declare it shrimp day (which is no hardship) and also going to continue to work more on sleep.
I did better on sleep this weekend and felt much more able to resist the nighttime call of the kitchen. In a moment that deserves an Olympic medal, I cut myself a small (so small it hardly counts, right?) piece of lemon cake on the way to bed. I put it on a plate and dolloped it with whipped cream (no turning back when there is whipped cream on it.) I paused. And then I threw it out.
