Well, back from seeing Dr. C. He was not too tough on me but told me to lose 2 pounds over the next month and report back. Heck, thats a big poop!

Told hubby to lose 10 lbs over the next month. we shall see. Always good to get the pep talk from Dr. C.  He said no i am not a fat person but gotta keep the couple of extra pounds from turning into 15 which is tough to lose.  must move more.   but pretty soon we will be chasing a puppy.
