So I just had a cookie. It was a conscious decision, and I just had one (got ONE from the Subway near my office and the worker gave it to me free--enabler!) rather than buying a box from the grocery store, which would have surely resulted in my eating two. I wasn't hungry, but this is my snack/sugar time. I thought it through, considered eating something with protein, but decided that I wanted what I wanted. Now I'm regretting it! It was good but gone way too fast. And now I have 200 calories fewer to work with for dinner :( Ah well you live and learn.
