Thanks Shel! It's so good to be back in the fold. I finally got my email fixed, though now I have to try to figure out how to send the pictures of Sammy via email to you. Most are on my phone, and the charging port is broken. I recharge two batteries and interchange them, for my phone to work. I'll try to see if I can transfer pictures from FB to email. I'm so technilogically challenged! :)
Good Morning Restriction Respecting Protecting Family !
I know I've been wanting snow, but right now I'm ready to take Carbon's lawn mowing over Paula's shoveling ! I live for those nice, straight vertical, horizontal of diagonal rows I symmetrically mow.... that stay put until the next week !!! Linda, glad you were able to find your joy with Violet ! Lorna... you are hitting your stride ! 25 km AND sweet fitting clothes ! Good for you !!! Stephanie, I'm not surprised you were exhausted getting back on plan from vacation AND doing the Dinosaur Museum ! Wowzer ! Shel... great job coming back lighter, racking up all of those steps, and learning so much ! I am filing all of this wisdom (including Devon and Linda's) for my Memorial weekend foray to Santa Monica. I'm looking forward to two more solid months of maintenance success under my belt by then.
132's today. Back down 1.4. I'm really trying to shift my focus from the number on the scale to activity targets. I have yet to meet my 10,000 steps goal. I, too, am experiencing a narrower groove my body likes, between 131-133. I feel the need to weigh daily, but when I am in that range, I'm going to smile and walk away from the scale. If I go above or below, I'll log it in MFP, share the number here, and take a closer look.
Have a great day !!!
Diane

Good morning fav folks. I'm at 113 today so all is well and within my normal fluctuation range. Nothing much to think about on the food front because I've been doing well these past few days- feeling very much like I'm in maintenance mode and not on the diet track. I truly enjoy my maintenance regime. Being able to responsibly exercise some freedom is a beautiful thing.
I'm off to yoga class - third Tuesday in a row so at least it's something. You all know how slothful I am so it's baby steps, right?
Sounds like everyone has a solid plan in place for the day. Good on ya!

I do not like this cold. I do not feel well.
198.2 - down .5
I'm not liking this rise in weight. I do not understand it either. Not feeling well and the minor weight gain is playing with my head. My fat humanity is starting to play with my attitude. Just have to remember I'm sick and it will pass - I think.
Over slept, traffic SUCKED, had to get someone to bring in my kids,... Not my morning....
Cranky...tired...
Onward Sleeve Soldiers, onward!
Not feeling well = inflammation because your body is fighting the bad bugs. Take care!
