morning all and welcome to our newest member

calories were a very even 1,000 and steps were 13,649.

Trusting that everyone is well and if your workplace allows for a four day week, that you are counting the days til then.

enjoy!

Good morning!

I do have off on Friday (which is the paid Holiday for us) but have to work the weekend, including Easter Sunday....go figure!

123.2 today. I've been maintaining a pretty tight range lately....kind of liking that. Plan to resume yoga and boot camp today....first since my gallbladder surgery. Wake for the 18 month old tonight. So very sad.

We are expecting a big snowstorm Wednesday - probability of school closures on Thursday are likely. I guess it will be an early start to Spring Break for the kiddos.

Hi Everyone,

Well, the prodgical daughter is crawling back! :)   My break from the group started innocently enough.  I was out straight at work for a bit, and had no time for anything.  Then, (surprise - not), my eating started to become frayed at the edges.  It just got easier and easier to not post, as well as easier and easier to stray from my eating plan - a vicious cycle.  The longer it got without writing, the more embarrassed I got to come back.  I know that this group is non-judging and extremely supportive.  My hesitance to come back and the embarrassment I felt was all in my own head.  I finally realized that if I had any hope of staying the course, so to speak, I had to come back here and I'm so happy about it!  Since yesterday, I've been eating in a way to cut way back on calories and carbs - back to the early days after surgery.  I feel that I am cleansing myself and starting fresh.

I hope everyone here is well.

Have a great Tuesday!

Hugs, Mary

Thanks Devon!   I still listened to the tapes that kept me from here, even though I know that we've all been there done that.  Foolish pride gets in the way and sabotages!
