Thanks....I want to explore this website.  I like its slogan that says it is evidence based.   By nature (including the nature of study funding) it is very difficult to find evidence based nutrition info.

I love this. I need to work on mindful eating. seems i am always just shoveling it and running back to my desk or someplace.
