I made my first attempt at the homemade Quest Bars but they were waaaaaayyy too sweet. Need to try again with unflavored protein powder but I don't have any on hand. Hopefully I can find a small jar somewhere ....

It's Nutracelle Nutralean... It was created by a fellow sleever and Canadian made... Finally hitting the homes of Canadian and the Americans! It's the best I've tasted over the years!Well, except the Natural...LOL

Good morning slim people. I'm down one to 113 this morning. Still feeling a bit puffy so need to continue to focus on fluids. Don't know why I suck so badly at this small thing when I've done so well at incorporating other key elements of the VSG lifestyle.
DH cooked salmon and asparagus on the bbq last night and it was delicious! And I have enough left over for lunch today :-). I've been craving fish these past few weeks so yesterday's Costco run included several seafood purchases.

I got my sweet peppers from Costco for work lunches this week, but I could not find any of my favorite Tuna Creation flavors at the grocery store, so I skipped it. I considered fixing something different for lunch, but I don't want to break my stride and I already had the peppers. I opened one of the cans of tuna I keep in my desk (emergency tuna). It was not nearly as good as the flavored Tuna Creations, but it was much cleaner. I think I need to stop having anything processed every day and get back to better, whole, real, clean foods.
I really like the sweet red, orange and yellow peppers. Maybe I'll bring in some homemade hummus. Any ideas?

124.7 this morning, up a couple of lbs overnight. No worries....extra salt over last couple of days coupled with less fluid. Like Linda, I do not naturally get in the recommended amounts of liquids unless I really work at it.
Kairk and Diane S....really looking forward to puppies. Can hardly believe that Kairk's will be here at spring break!

Web filter is back on at school, which makes it hard for me to post. As I've said I usually grab a moment here and there to compose my posts over an hour or two or three! The filter only allows a 15 minute override, so that makes it very tricky for me.
Going to try to use a word doc and copy and paste (though that usually leads to a cut off post). We'll see how it goes.
Down and dirty update:
197.6 today - gleefully well deserved. Full story later.
Feeling optimistic today. Needed a break from tracking, thinking about macros, etc... over the weekend.
