Oh boy Diane do I know the guilt of saying no. I beat myself up even when I know it is ok and right to say no. I think I am the biggest B in the world. Those people pleasing skills we learned so well are really hard to wrangle. But wrangle we will, one at a time! Good for you for speaking your truth.
