Greetings skinny humans:
Well down a half to 130 but I still hate this number. Got a reprieve since Dr. Cirangle won't be here until the 26th - not this week like I thought. Gives me a chance to clean up my act.
Yesterday their was an "end of class" party at the studio. The main table was practically groaning with all the food on it - nearly all of it off plan. I swear this one giant rich looking yellow cake had an inch thick of chocolate frosting on it. Jeez. But I did manage to just walk past it and stick to my cheese curds. I like having cheese curds for lunch as I can nibble them in small amounts. But I used to eat jerky for lunch and it occurs to me that the few pounds I have put on may be due in part to cheese curds as jerky has fewer calories. That or tuna.
Good on the rest of you for exercising more. I think I will try the p 90 dvd today if I can get the thing to run as I am electronically challenged. Dog walk doesn't cut it as the old dog can only do a few blocks.
