Hi fellow skinnies:

BrownBlonde you are like me - I am allergic to exercise but recognize it as important.  Walking is about the best I can do.  I like tai chi and yoga in the past but hate the times you have to show up for classes. I have a p 90 dvd that is a pretty good workout and tolerable.   It has some yoga in it.  I have trouble with my hands and wrists so I can't do the downward dog or things that require weight on my hands or putting them flat. big pain.

129.5 today. Actually weight the heavy socks and they are indeed a half pound. Who'd a thunk it.

Huge rain storm yesterday and another one due today. I have to work at the gallery at 1:30 and its only a block from the ocean so we could get a lot of wind and power outage.

Thanks for all the complements on my nephew's singing group Inversion. The kid's only a freshman!

Made hot and sour soup last night with shrimp and asparagus and an egg drop. it was pretty good and hit the spot in the cold rainy evening.

More shrimp tonight. maybe a stir fry.    diane s

155.9#. We had a wonderful day with my parents.  The Olive Garden that went to didn't serve zoodles:( However, I asked for extra veggies with my shrimp.  Winner!  I had a small piece of Italian Cream Cake and it was delicious.  After our day with my parents, we drove to a Nissan dealership and we ended trading vehicles.  They finally gave us the number we wanted (well, it was pretty close).  I don't understand why it takes us threatening to leave to get an acceptable number.  Anyway, all is well...and I have a new Rogue SUV.

Exercise...I don't like it but I know it's necessary not only physically but mentally.  I walk, ride my bike, elliptical and have a trainer that keeps me accountable at least twice a week.  I go to the Y occasionally to do machines and Yoga.  This summer, I hope to use my friend's pool.  I try to move more...stairs and  my car far away.  In the summer I am much more active because I have more time.  Reduction of calories and what I out in my mouth is really more important for me.

Relaxing today...and preparing for the week.  Have a great rest of the day!
