134's still my sweet spot. Had my hair cut and high/low lighted last weekend. Too much low and not enough high, after a week of living with it. Went back in today for a tweak.
Devon.. I do put my tenths in MFP daily, but I have to say I am loving the whole number thing. At first, I felt like not rounding was "cheating", but it is one step toward loosening up my obsessive tendencies a bit. Michele...I am glad to hear that you are adding back some healthy calories. I think your plan is a solid one.
Everyone enjoy your days ! I've done my swim, and heading out for a walk with Sadie. During the week, I don't eat back any exercise calories. On the weekends, I allow up to two glasses of red wine to come off of exercise calories. It works for me!

Diane, it really sounds like you are doing well! But, as a fellow water-in-water-out gal, I'm glad that you aren't so worried about the 10ths! Maybe even allow yourself more leeway? In weight loss, I didn't worry about jumps up in weight at all as long as eating was solid. I know that I can jump pretty easily by 3-4 lbs in a day or two. It is a bit trickier now that I am finding my way in maintenance, tho.
Glad you had your hair tweaked, a girl has to feel good about her hair.
