Hump Day 03/02/16
Oh no, feel better Linda. Yes don't let that shoulder freeze. I had frozen shoulder for two years and it is no fun. Take Care.
I know what you mean about saving calories for evening eating. I am trying to break myself of that; I will have typically 300 calories maybe 400 for the whole day and then have my balance for supper and during the evening. I am getting better at moving calories into the day time, but still a little anxious about it.
Ouch! Take care of yourself. Ice it and take an anti-inflammatory (on a full stomach, of course). Yes, I take an occasional NSAID when I need it. Not often, but I figure once in a while is okay. I have one doc who says yes, the other says no. I so rarely take anything that I figure a couple times per year is okay.
BioFreeze is nice. I always keep some handy.
Good Morning!
I wish we had a Field Goods Program in our area. That would be great!
Nice loss, Paula!
Dance class sounds like fun, Mary!
Way to rein it in, Teasha!
157.5# downward trend...for the last week or so I've not tracked much. That is a new experience for me but I wanted to see how it would go. I really would not like to have to track for the rest of my life but I will if necessary. Anyway, I feel in control for today.
Thanks for the kind words. I'll miss my Grandma.
We are car shopping. I'd rather poke my eyes out with needles. I hate the process!!!
Have a great day! Three things happening today in my world....My Daddy's Birthday, Dr. Seuss' Birthday and Andy is going to district contest today. I'm hoping I'm Mrs. Superior tonight!!!
I love that vehicle! Will be sad to see it go. Can't believe I'll be driving an ugly azz old truck instead, but hopefully my consolation prize will be owning an RV that we can live in and travel full time!!!

72 oz of water plus coffee yesterday, two productive trips to the bathroom, and the release of some fluid brought me down 1.2 today. Guess the tight food day helps. I am still hopeful that I will be in the 195s by Saturday.
Interesting to reflect on yesterday. There was no pull toward the calorie packed, non nutritional carb foods that were available to me. The left over popcorn and the homemade cookies were back on the lunchroom table.
Had a nice cardio session yesterday. Upped the level of intensity for the entire workout. It resulted oddly in an extra 1/4 mile covered in the same amount of time.
A small family NSV to share: Ron bit the bullet and joined the gym with me and will be working out with my trainer! (I surprised him with 4 pre-paid sessions once he committed to joining. He loves little presents like that!)
Long day ahead. I have been procrastinating getting Blue into her pregnancy trim. Must get on that tonight. Doing that will help me avoid paying bills, which is a plus in my book. I hate paying bills. Always have. Such a pain, though it's much easier in the computer age!
Happy Hump Day!
Greetings skinny people
Well I am up a pound to 130. No clue why other than spending a large portion of the day sitting on my rear and doing banking and tax work for the art galleries. gallery membership meeting tonight which will mean snacks and wine and junk all evening. I think I will get tofu sticks to eat before I go so I don't eat junk.
Ouch Linda be careful with that shoulder. Sounds like the rest of you are doing well. GL paula on the med test. no fun.
I've been getting organic stuff more and more. Just like the fresh stuff at the hippy dippy coop. I used to think everyone in there was nuts. Now I am one of them. diane s
