Greetings fellow thinmeisters!

126.4 today - down! I was surprised that my sugar craze on Saturday didn't spur on more cravings and cavings on Sunday but it really didn't. In fact, I had more restriction then usual yesterday - all day - and was able to eat under my calories. I also got an hour on the treadmill last night, yay!

Son #1 had friends over yesterday and it was nice to see him happy, laughing and interacting with them. They made 3 batches of "puppy chow" snack mix - glad that I'm not drawn to that particular treat!

Work today and scouts tonight so will be a busy day. Hoping to get a little exercise in at lunch.

Enjoy the day!

Good morning all,

Off and running early this morning. Food was horrible yesterday, but today is a new day and I'm back at it.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Hello!

125.7 today!  Up almost 3 lbs over yesterday, I think.  Many factors at play.  No worries.

Hoping to get to a yoga class tonight tho my arm wrap is very tight today.  There is a Goldilocks just-right tightness that allows me to be pretty normal but it isn't easy to achieve and am not in Goldilocks mode today.  No regular exercise yesterday tho a bunch of steps at the mall.

I tried on and ordered new boobs yesterday, which is one of the main advantages of a double mastectomy.   Two sets:  both are smaller to go with my smaller body and one set is better suited to swimming/exercise.  Currently, I don't wear boobs with activity, not the worst thing in the world but increasingly feeling uncomfortable without lumps on my chest. I used to entirely block out how I looked so caring about this is new.   One gets these fancy contraptions at Nordstroms, of course.  They even bill insurance for both the boobs and the bras. Why do I tell you this? I don't know!

Have a great day!

Shel

Lol ordering new boobs from Nordstrom - love it!   I guess there's a humorous side to virtually everything in life, isn't there :-)

And I'm glad to hear you're not getting your tiny panties in a knot over that weight gain, which is obviously fluid!

I wish I had taken a picture of the specialist (not just anyone!) with both arms loaded down with boob boxes stacked so high that it was hard to maneuver.

It is very much like when you ask to try on a specific pair of shoes and they bring out what you asked for plus 5 others that they think you might also be interested in. And I am always interested!

You know, we talk about our poop habits, so boobs seem pretty mild and socially superior in comparison!

BTW - the idea of being able to change boob sizes to suit your activities just tickles me pink!

And now the gay guy comes out - you made me think about the joys of having boobs as a fashion accessory. My god, that's got to be a drag queen's dream come true! LOL!

Well, when Shel said she got two pair, the imagination ran wild. I thought, .... Well, she could get a "Sweater Girl" pair, and then a "Twiggy-esque" pair for a slinky evening gown, a la 1920's, a sporty and perky pair for a tennis outfit, and so on... Can't help it.... it just sort of happens!
