140.4 this morning.... Sounds like a fun day for both of you! :) My day consist of washing my maltese. I don't know who gets wet more me or him! Then it is decluttering..... putting things where they belong and finding things I have been looking for! I guess it is like a treasure hunt in my house... finding lost items! Might as well make a game out of it, right?
Got a question for you all...... do y'all drink coffee? If so, do you count it as part of your water or calorie intake? Curious..... because I have started back to drinking coffee. Don't know if this is a good thing or not.

My surgeon's office counts coffee as a liquid so I do, too! Plus, most of the time I am drinking 1/4 caf or entirely decaf. But, even if it was full caf, I would still count because it is allowed. (Many different opinion out there on this point.)
I ALWAYS add whatever creamer I am using (either 1/2 and 1/2 or a my current favorite, Nutpod brand nut creamer) to MFP.

I don't count the coffee. It's a personal thing, though. I find my weight loss and overall feeling of well being improves with a minimum of 64 oz of pure, unadulterated water. I get that minimum plus two cups of coffee, a 12 oz almond milk protein shake and any other no cal drink I may have any given day. The 64 oz for me is non negotiable.
I count my coffee - a travel mug of regular and a decaf later in the day, towards my liquids. I usually drink around 100 or more oz. each day, so generally have more water than coffee. I also have my water that I don't count - like a 3 oz. bathroom cup in the middle of the night if I go downstairs to use the bathroom. I also bring a travel mug of water upstairs when I get in bed and take sips from it while watching TV or if I wake up and my mouth is dry. I've never counted it because it's after the day is over and before the new one's begun. As far as calories, I should count the coffee, but I never have. I drink it black with stevia and a little sf hot chocolate powder, when I make it at home - about 5 cal. When I get a decaf at D 'n D, I get black with Splenda and a little mint hot chocolate - probably 50 cal. That's my afternoon treat and most days it helps keep me from grazing while I'm making dinner.
123.5 today. Busy day with a dance performance tonight!
