Best of luck. Advice: Do not concern yourself with calories today at all. Eat lots and lots of lean, dense protein, all the vegetables you want and pound the water down. If you need some fat for satiety, eat it! Do not worry about weight loss or reduction of calories for several days until you feel the cravings go away.
Good for you! As Kairk says, eat all the protein, fat and low carb veggies you want until you're through the craving period. Keep the faith because things will feel much more manageable very soon.

Thanks you guys for all your support. I have been doing really good on no sugar. Ate a little Splenda, well drank it. Iced tea oh and one protein bar. But doing really good. Having fruit. That helps with sugar cravings. The first couple day were tough but now I am feeling better and not so obsessive about food and eating. Having an easier time of waiting 4 hours in between eating. But that is always a struggle.
