Good morning all,
up .6 today to 151.1 - just a bump - had a good workout yesterday and sore muscels this morning so could be water retention. Stayed on track for calories (I was really low just over 700) didn't feel like eating so listened to my body. What I did eat was clean lean and green. Back to do weights today at noon and then if hubby will go to the Y after work I will do the arc trainer. He is having a hard time committing to the gym right now, so I will do the lunch thing at work that way I make sure I get it in and it won't hurt me to do 45 min of cardio for sure. LOL he is having a hard time commiting to the gym (hmmm: me too!)
Have a great day everyone Hugs Lorna
124.2 today! Feeling better. Going to go shopping at Costco today. I might just have to pick up a food saver too Devon! I've been eyeing them for a while!
Your birthday celebration sounded perfect Devon! Good workout, good times with loved ones and good dessert (planned and everything!)
Lorna, wow - 700 calories! I give you credit, not sure I could go that low again, especially with the intense workouts you do! The scale will reward you!

157.6 this morning. A small loss again. Don't expect it to last especially since it's that time of the month.
I love that I've been logging into MFP for long enough that it keeps weight data--I just wish they saved it for more than a year. A little bit of research and I found out my lowest weight for the past year was 154.6--3lbs. from where I am now--during the spring/summer. Exactly a year ago I weighed 156.8--less than 1lb. away. And, my low weight from last year was only 3lbs. over maintenance weight (151.5). All that number mumbo jumbo to say: I'm not that far off the mark. I don't need to throw the baby out with the bathwater. I tend to weigh higher after the holidays and during the winter months. I definitely need to be careful to not keep trending in the wrong direction, but in 4 1/2 years at maintenance I've put on maybe 6lbs. I don't think that's indicative of doing things the wrong way. Just means I have a very small amount of calories over.
Wow, definitely not doing things the wrong way! Do you feel a bit of relief from realizing this? And at 4.5 years out, I think you are a huge success!
Also, I don't know how long OH saves weight data but did you also log weights into OH....maybe the info is there?

Good morning dedicated "doers". This is a very action oriented group, gathering/considering data and moving forward with a plan subject to the challenges that come our way. This is a very different mind set from "made it to goal" and the old life resumes. I don't want that life, I truly want to protect my skinny and the possibilities ahead of me.
133.2 today. I'm okay going to 130 as I stabilize. I have to start to play with my Lasix dosage tomorrow... possibly 40 mg. every other day if the edema is controlled there. Today is the funeral for my teacher and her son, just outside NYC. Put a booster shot of protein powder in my Greek yogurt, banana and walnuts this AM, and taking a protein bar. Will catch a protein salad on the road, and drink lots of water !

126.7 today. I start lymphedema therapy on Friday. None too soon, my right arm wouldn't comfortably fit in one of my jacket's sleeves this morning.
It is pretty early here in Seattle and I have already had lengthy phone calls with insurance companies. I am dual insured (a huge blessing that I did nothing to deserve and I feel a bit guilty about that when some people have nothing thru no fault of their own) and need to make sure I understand how coordination of benefits will happen with a few upcoming things, including plastic surgery.
I find that thinking about plastic surgery makes me really REALLY want plastic surgery. Hmmm, where else in my life does over-thinking something make me want more of it ;) Let me count the ways.... Sometimes, it is to my benefit, I just need to learn how to dial it back when it isn't.
Kairk, I love that Ron even worked out with you yesterday! Your birthday sounded terrific and love that there is no remorse about choices.
Go forth and protect your skinny!
Shel

185.2 and happy it has not gone up with the tremendous stress that continues. I am doing what I can to not let it get to me, but it is difficult. I have been logging everything and telling myself to just keep swimming. Bad food makes it worse. Good food makes it a little better.
I have been thinking about getting an instant pot since everyone has been raving. Maybe tonight.
