5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!

Dr Ponce de Leon Mexico VSG 4 Jun 12. I lost 57 lbs on my own before having a VSG. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Oh my gosh! You guys are so sweet! Thank you, Paula!!!!!

I had a great day! Ron even came to the gym and worked out. He had wobbly rubber band legs when he was done, but he had fun. I had a kick butt work out. Afterwards went to Costco got 4 boxes of almond milk, two gallons of milk for yogurt making, and some meat and veggies. Came home and got to use my brand spanking new Food Saver! I LOVE it!

To top it off, we got home from Costco and my new Instant Pot had been delivered! Now I can make yogurt!

Great dinner with my two best friends and my family tonight. I ate well all day until dessert. Then it was free time! I tried some of every dessert on the table! My favorite was the one I ordered - a butterscotch pot de creme! DELI****he dessert free for all was planned, so it's all good. I'm sure I will be up tomorrow, but it was most definitely worth it.
