NSV! Photo whoring! (Okay, totally over posting today!)
I had a work out with my trainer today. He is making me foam roll my quads and IT bands, hamstrings, glutes and calves before my workouts until my leg is fully healed. Foam rolling hurts like hell, if you didn't know. Just saying....
Anyhow, so I wouldn't forget each individual roll position he took pictures and texted them to me. I did not die when I saw them. I did not look "Fat". I thought I looked good. That is a huge NSV for me. Some of you know I have real issues with body image that go way back to childhood, so actually liking a picture that shows my body is a big deal.
So, I'm sharing.... Like an elementary school kid... This pic sort of made my day....

My guy makes me (or at least advises) that I roll every day. When he travels, he actually packs a stubby roller so he can roll in the hotel room! I did this exact move with him on Tue. Yes, can hurt like hell! And it is boring! If only I could surf the web while I do it. I have found that audio books help.
