It is! Thanks! My "goal" is to be under 200 by the 15th, which will be my 52nd b'day. I am telling myself that all I can do is control what I eat. I can't control what my body does or how it reacts. So, if I don't make the "goal" I won't collapse in a heap.

184.6 and getting close to my low weight of 182, then I will be losing again. 

I had a Quest bar for breakfast, cottage cheese with Greek yogurt for lunch and will have a Greek yogurt for 3:00 snack.  I need to get more sweet bell peppers and tuna packets, but was not able to grocery shop last night.  I will have cheesesteak without the roll for dinner then go grocery shopping.  Probably will have one or two no sugar added fudgsicles when I get home. 

I am going for a walk, doing some stairs and getting back to work.  Trying to put myself first.

Hi all, I'm here earlier than usual. Had to take the car in for routine maintenance.  

Speaking of maintenance, I am still at 129. Nothing will happen if I don't make it happen. Fighting with updates on the gallery computer. 

Kairk, I didn't do much in the way of exercise yesterday.  Today will be better since I have stuff to do. And its sunny and nice and should stay that way.  Maybe when my car is ready I will walk over and get it. That would be a good jaunt. 

Napped through a lot of the Iowa Caucus coverage.  Lots more of that ahead.

We won't know if there are to be puppies for 4 or 5 weeks.  Can't really tell until they can be felt.  63 days gestation.     diane s
