Greetings friends;

Well I am grateful that we have enough active posters that by the time I read everyone's, I can't remember all the content to comment. Unlike food, more IS better here in this group.  Sending good thoughts to all of you who are walking wounded and hope you all heal soon. I remind myself that the aches and pains of being a 64 year old of normal weight are far less than they were as a morbidly obese 55 year old.

Its pouring rain today. Yesterday was the one calm sunny day of the week. Glad I got my raku firing done. Got some good stuff.

Yeah the low tech dog breeding sure was simple.  Loved the story on the "sample collection" for the fertility treatment.  I did the same thing with my dog once. We collected a sample from him in a platex nurser bag and then I stuffed it in my bra and took it to a hospital lab where the husband of the dog breeder worked and he put it under the microscope and we looked at all the little wigglers. Only in a small town. He has since retired so don't know how we will do this if needed in the future.

Hubby is into playing with Apple Music this am. Listening to Irish sopranos. Very Nice.

Last night we had Annie's tamale pot pies for dinner. Only 170 calories and quite good. Not a lot of protein though. A nice mix of greens, all from the hippy dippy coop. I find myself shopping there more and more.  They have a good anniversary blend of coffee that I like these days.

oh, down a half. Raku firing is great exercise.   diane s.

Diane you are dedicated!  Don't know if I could have collected and then taken my little Sammy's sample in my bra, but we'll never know as he was fixed before we got him!  :)

Oh, I've done many a turkey baster breeding! I'll admit, too, I've also done a fair share of collecting. It's rather undignified, but it gets the job done. My fellow produced 26 offspring in 2014 with assistance from me....
