Thank you!  I had to check the photo to see which coat you were referring to. And you're right! It's Desigual from Spain. I have several pieces in my closet.

I like their stuff but always worried about sizing. Any tips?

Just checked my bust measurement/size against the Desigual.com website and it was exactly right.  My jackets (yes I have more than one) are size 36 (xs) and my bust is 85 cm.  website says 85-87 cm but I think it would be tightish at that measure if you wore something thicker than a blouse under it.  They are very form fitting, so if any of your three measures are larger, I'd suggest sizing up by one.  I've tried several of their tops and they fit true to size (form fitting) but their sweaters are too large (baggy) for my body size/shape.  (I'd say I'm balanced top and bottom).  I also have a pair of shoes - just checked for size and can't find it but I'm certain they are normal size, maybe a smidge narrower than US sizing.  Hope you get something - their stuff is so unique!

Hey all, down a half so still hovering at 129.

Its a sunny still day here so I plan to do a raku firing. A lot of dirty work but hope to get some decent pieces out of it.  I need to fill up my gallery space.

Ocean Diane, be gentle on that shoulder.  I use a topical gel called voltarin. Its ibuprophin and requires a prescription but it does work. I use it on my hand. maybe at swimming you will have to just use a kick board for awhile.

Went to the bird sanctuary yesterday afternoon to look at night herons. Huge beautiful birds. I had no idea there were so many over there. The sanctuary is a marsh and has lots of ducks and egrets and even otters though i have not seen them. Must spend more time walking there. Ran into my next door neighbors.

Keep the faith everyone!   diane s

the pharmacist in me has to say that Voltaren gel is actually diclofenac but it is in the same family as ibuprofen!  This might be a nice compromise for you.

Technically, the topical NSAIDs could affect the stomach as well and their FDA labeling reflects that.    However, in real life they are considered safer than the oral products.  A good example is that patient's on warfarin absolutely can not be on oral NSAIDs but sometimes use the topical. (Approved of by the specialized docs who have a solid handle on this type of risk and benefit --- in other words, not just any old MD who perhaps is operating on.....well, ignorance)  There are few case reports of actual GI incidence with the topicals.

Not that I am advocating.....I am just being wordy.  Your doctor is in the best position to decide!

All is well. At a math training all day. Have avoided all the muffins and bagels and tacos and enchiladas and rice and beans , etc... Brought my planned food and am sticking to it!

Scale down another pound. Carbs at 41 yesterday. The yogurt is brining it way up! It's a 16 gram carb meal. Hmmm.... But I'm not willing to let it go just yet. Bought ketosis sticks. Im not in yet. I never bothered to check during my initial WL. How long will it take to get into ketosis?

Glad everyone seems to be doing well. My quad is feeling MUCH better today.
