Hello friends. Scale is stable at 114 and my calories are low. No problems on the food front. I rarely need a snack between meals anymore and am not eating in the evenings so calories are easily under control right now. Carbs have been lower than usual too so that also keeps my appetite in check.

For any of you looking for some good chocolate I recommend Cavalier with Stevia. It comes in a wide variety of flavors and formats and is really good chocolate. Usually I find the taste of stevia to be bitter but not here. I sometimes eat a third of a large bar, for 110 cals, 15 grams carbs, 10 of which are fiber. That portion is about the size of a regular chocolate bar - about half the calories, half the carbs. I don't tend to be triggered by regular chocolate so can't comment on how that is any different.

My spirits are low and I'm still feeling very tired. Slept all evening and night yesterday. At work for the day, then tonight I'm going to do some prep for tomorrow evening's dinner guests. Can't say I'm in the best frame of mind to have guests but it will be fine.

Hugs to all of you.

Hi all

Not much to report today but sounds like everyone is doing well. Still at 129 here and that ain't gonna change unless I get after it.

No dog romance today. Will let them have at it tomorrow. Meanwhile, our dog chip orbits the girl's kennel like an asteroid.  Hubby thinks this girl looks like an Ewok. Hoping for a bunch of little Ewoks. She is a cute dog - wants to sit on lap all the time and thinks socks are toys.

All the best.  Diane s.

Scale down .4 today. This is good.

Sounds like everyone is right on track and in the perfect place for her individual journey. This, too, is good!

Went and met with Dr. C last night. He would like to see me back in ketosis and mentioned that he saw nothing wrong with going as low as 500 calories per day to get the excess weight off. I will not go that low, but I am considering 800-1000 per day.

The idea of going to

So frustrating!  Would starting a new post fix the problem?

I'm super late today. Sounds like everyone is doing well, sorry Kairk about your injury. Yes rest it up don't pu**** I did that and then was off exercise including just walking for 5 months. Crappy when you are used to working out 5 to 6 times a week. I was used to running 20 to 30 Km a week and doing strength training. How quickly that declined. Now I struggle with getting my head back in the game and I seem to be more injury pron I guess just sensative now. Take Care of yourself.

Everyone keep up the great work, I am so proud of all of you.

I'm doing good today had my birthday celebration with my family and had part of small piece of cake. I did boot camp at lunch today so my offset was there. Not a low calorie day but not bad at 1100 calories, carbs were high because of the cake but tomorrow is right back at it.

I may not be on here for the next couple of weeks, I don't know if I will get internet in Cuba or not. If I do I will check in.

Have a great couple of weeks everyone, take care and keep on doing the great stuff you are doing.

Hugs Lorna
