Bod Pod Results
I don't know if I'm more excited about getting my inch back in my official medical record, or the fact that I am officially LEAN !!!! When I started this process, my bariatric office measured me at 5' 4 1/2". They rounded me down to 5'4", because that benefitted me more, by keeping my BMI slightly higher, as I had no co-morbidities. I measured in at 5'5" today, possible standing prouder, and they were able to update my medical record, as my testing was at the same hospital.
My weight is 139.8 and my percentage of body fat is 21.8, which puts me in the lean range. For women , the specifics are:
Moderately Lean: 23-30%
Fat level generally acceptable for good health.
Lean: 19-22 %
Lower body fat than many people. Generally excellent for health and longevity.
I have confirmed my goal, but I'm tweaking it a bit lower, and moving my upper red line down five pounds and eliminating that extra four pounds that were between the upper end of my target range, and my red line.
Target Range: 135-140
Upper Red: 140
Lower Red: 130
I'll repeat the test at the end of May, prior to my one year visit.
