calories within limit 1098, and 10,459 steps. Gonna rain all this week and it should be warmer. Yay!

Paula good to see you here first thing in the morning. Nice on the scale and good luck on your phone call. Have fun at boot camp and yoga and of course getting a hair cut is always enjoyable and relaxing. You are amazing boot camp and yoga in one day.
Not much new with me, just keeping on keeping on.

Hello all,
123.8 today, just like Paula. I am upping my calories by 100 on mfp. I am sure most days that will be peanuts added to my yogurt.
I didn't do a group yoga practice yesterday which is highly unusual. I did so some at home but not a usual work out because I also had to do my homework for the personal trainer. I meet with him tonight for the second time. I will do some yoga at home and then really, looking forward to a group yoga on Wed.
Lorna, I read about your weather and wonder how it can even be on the same earth! Overly dramatic, I know, but it does amaze me.

I will move it up to 1000 per day on MFP. But, full disclosure, I rarely hit whatever target I have in mfp. I guess I use it more as a max rather than a target at this point. I just glanced back at the last week and it looks like I was averaging about 825 per day. I really don't feel a need to go

Good morning!
Food is still not where I want it to be, but my eating is definitely improving. I've spent a lot of time and thought about what's going on with me. I seem to have slid back into the emotional eating I did prior to WLS. However, the good news is that I was able to identify what was going on a couple of times, and stopped grazing before it got out of hand. I have also thought long and hard about what having lost all of this weight has meant to me, and how gaining it back would affect me, both emotionally and physically. I was brutally honest with myself about what my life was like before WLS. I've thought about how many health problems I had, that are lurking if the weight goes back on, and how much worse they'd most likely be. I have also looked at all of the wonderful ways in which I re-gained my life from losing weight, and realize just how precious that all is. I don't want to give up this better life! I have tried hard to look at what's going on with me with as much objectivity as I can have, without the usual self bashing, which only leads to more eating and self loathing. I plan to go out and buy a bound notebook and start journaling, which I think will be helpful.
On a totally different subject, I finally figure out how you all are liking posts! I get all of these notifications in my e-mail, but hadn't figured out where you hit 'like'. I'm not too tech illiterate for the basics, but do have my tech issues! :)
