127.6 - slow upward trend this past week. I have increase my calories some - hard to know quite where I should land at now that I am back exercising. Yoga and resistance training completed yesterday. I will try and get a walk in at work today if no lunch meeting.

Back to the grind today after a long 4 day weekend. I slept poorly last night - not sure why. All my boys start back up with school today too and Scouts start back up tonight as well.

Happy start to the work week!

 Hello All-

This is my last time returning to school after Christmas break ! Bittersweet !  I did an extra long walk with Sadie yesterday, before the temperature dropped.  I came home and finished up with resistance bands to stretch things out a bit. (A little challenging with a 90 pound yellow lab trying to help !)  I am down again today, to 144.  I'm going to stay in the 800 calorie range until I get to 135, my low red number.

I'm eager to hear how everyone made out yesterday, with their varied resets.  I'm working hard to change my thought patterns around the way I experience my body.  One step at a time.

Good morning everyone!!

A brand new Monday in  brand New Year!   Yippee!

fairly good  calorie day 1233.  No walking.  Still very icy.  Did the house stairs bout it doesn't quite have the same cachet.

Happy Monday!

154.1 down .9 of a pound; moving in the right direction. Stayed within calorie range, staying under 1000 closer to 800 calories a day. I'm good during the day, evening is my tough time. Probably because I am tired by then and habit.

Will prepare some healthy freezer meals today so there are no excuses and get to the Y for a run later this afternoon.

Back to work tomorrow.

Have a great day everyone!

Scale is the same this morning which I am fine with for now as my body readjusts to additional carbs and fiber.  I did better on sleep last night, I have been staying up too late and getting up too early.

Diane, it is hard to imagine what this last day of school must feel like.  Savor the emotions. For some of the rest of us, back to the grind is all to familiar!

Yoga later today.  It is a big fitness week for me.  Tomorrow I will meet a personal trainer for the first time.   He is my yoga instructor's personal trainer. It is hard to imagine that woman needing any assistance with functional fitness!  I was worried that I was walking into the first meeting without precise knowledge of what I want but she said he will help figure that out.    Also, my Dexa body composition is on Wed.

Joy to the world (still in the holiday spirit per the office music)

Shel

Today is the day! RESET! day!! Lots of pre stuff to do... But am sooooooooo ready! The number on the scale isn't going to determine my attitude. If I do everything right 85%/15% of the time, it should go in the right direction !!

I'm going to set small goals.. I was down again from yesterday. Didn't graze too much...

1st-10lbs.. I took this yesterday! When my cheeks and eyes start sinking in! I'm done!! LOL

Morning all. Scale is still at 118, but I'm on track with fluids so should see that number take a slight drop soon. Of course the non-water retention weight loss will take more time, likely about six weeks.  So now is the time of settling in.

I did pretty darn well yesterday, with unlimited protein and    no food after 8 pm. I felt a little bit queasy last night, which is not unusual for me when I experience real 'emptiness' again after a time of allowing that rather nasty but somehow comforting 'full' feeling.

Today I'm home with DH, likely house cleaning after taking down the tree and decorations yesterday.  Also in the process of getting all trigger foods out of the house or moved to DH secret stash. He is so understanding and I'm really grateful for his continued support. Can only imagine how schizophrenic I must seem going 'from feast to famine' in a 24 hour timeframe!

So glad to have all of you fellow 'weirdos' here, and sending strength to each of you.

LOL feast to famine but that describes it pretty much exactly.

I'm here and reset!

A little bit of a tough day, but I managed well. Ate a little too much salty stuff, but that's okay. Scale was up a tad today.

Back to school and routine. Quite tired. I had trouble getting tired enough to go to bed and then woke up at an ungodly hour - before 5:00 am. Forced myself to lie there and try to sleep. I did fall back to sleep for a bit, but I'm running on fewer than 6 hours of sleep today. UGH....

Haven't worked out since Tuesday, but have done four bike rides and logged over 25 miles. I figure that's a good start. Now the rain has started again, so it will be back to the gym. I have to say, I really enjoy bike riding again. It's been years and years.
