Good morning everyone AND lurkers.     Lurkers PLEASE join us.  We miss and need your voices to help us along this road.

Great photo Linda with the very snazzy shoes!  Quite wonderful!

Kairk, hope you survived the grooming.  I am sure that the canines appreciated it.

Diane:  am with you. Fresh muffins do not turn my crank.  Eaten way too many that had way too much baking soda and we all know how that tastes.

Paula:  That post surgery weight will just go.  Hang on in there.

Calories were 987 but only 4,989 steps.  Scale not moving.

Went to the last of the bazaars and purchased Christmas baking which is now safely buried under other things in the freezer.  Went to a concert last evening and ran into a school friend who has had one tragedy have another this year.  We ended up having a wee weep in the ladies.

Life does go on though doesn't it.

Enjoy this Sunday.

Good morning everyone! Good eating day again yesterday - scale would not be accurate with all the bandages and fluid I still have on board, so I am not going to even bother! Legs are getting itchy and a bit painful under all the bandages. I get them removed tomorrow (can't be soon enough).

I will be off work this whole week for recovery. Thank goodness for Netflix!

Hope you all have a great week!

Good morning fellow sleevers who are fighting the good fight and WINNING! Because we are consciously keeping our heads in the game. Truth, so let's try to remember that.

I'm still at 114.  A bit dehydrated and my food wasn't as tight as I'd have liked yesterday. Certainly not disastrous and likely not much of a calorie hit but bad choices always leave me looking for more. I despise the mental discomfort!

Another party challenge tonight and I'm dreading it. Can't be a skip so still need to make a firm commitment to what I will and won't do while I'm there.

Great food day here, too, Carbon, under 1200 calories, but scale is up another .5. It's what I get for a heavy duty workout! I suppose I can live with it, but it does always seem odd to me that a heavy workout day followed by a low cal day would show a gain - even if it is negligible.

Just got off the phone with a fellow I met a year ago at the Airedale national in Pennsylvania. They will be coming next spring to get one of my pups! Talk about a compliment!

Plan on having a nice day. It's cold (for CA) and cloudy with a good chance of rain. Hopefully, after my grooming I'll have time to get to the gym for a cardio or circuit session. Both?????

Enjoy your Sunday!

Greetings skinny earthlings:

Sounds like everyone is doing pretty well. lots to be grateful for in this holiday season. Family member is out of the hospital after a tense few days of thinking i might have to make a 2000 mile trip to help. Phew.

The big Christmas arts event is this weekend.  Hubby's choir is singing so we will go. I was a vendor at this fair for many years but just decided it was too much work and pressure.  Much more fun to just go and shop.

Oh, and down a pound today. 127.5 slowly getting over the party binge.
