early morning everyone.

Paula glad that all is well.  And well done everyone for sidestepping 'dangerous lures'

kept to 1345 calories, not the greatest and did the 3 mile walk.

Cannot sleep so just might as well get up and do something profitable.  Clean yet another cupboard? Not likely.

enjoy this Sat fellow sojourner so.

Good morning! I step on the scale yesterday and was 129 and then did again at night and was 140. I know I am just holding on to fluids from my varicose vein surgery) plus both of my legs are wrapped in Ace bandages. I'm not even going to torture myself with getting on the scale today.

I had a good eating day yesterday (not being able to eat breakfast helped). Total calories were 724, 69 grams of Carbs and 83 for protein. I won't be getting my exercise in for about a week so I'm going to try and keep my calories lower for now.

Making vegetable beef soup for dinner tonight - perfect for the frosty day we are having here in WI.

My scale is UP!!!  Hard work out yesterday.  Salt. Passed transgressions.  Who knows!  Determined to string some consistant days together and be compliant.  

Hoping to talk my hubby into shopping downtown which will give me my steps and get some Christmas shopping done.  Tonight, going to dinner and a Christmas show at a community college.  Should be fun!

Usual chores this weekend.  Have a great one!!!

I'm up to 114 after a scheduled off plan evening. Ate some  amazing heavy chocolate cake, which is fine, but what I'm not happy about is eating more of it than was enjoyable. Didn't feel well for the rest of the evening. Sigh. Anyways, upwards and onwards today. Nothing wrong with wearing Kate Spade pink glitter shoes to work right?

hi all, I so enjoy this daily check in - wish i had a more exciting life to report on.  Gallery duty again today. The fresh fudge sign has been replaced by one that says "fresh muffins".not an issue for me.  gotta figure out an exercise plan i can do at the art gallery for the slow times when no one is in there.  solo zumba?

Cool shoes Linda. good on you for wearing them.  

oh yeah, 128.5.  these extra 3-4 lbs are not going any where and won't unless i kick them away. would rather take a nap.   diane

Well, I am the late bird today! 

Sorry about the sleep, Carbon. I understand (too a degree). I've had trouble all week staying asleep after 4:30 am. And when one goes to bed at midnight, that's really not enough! At least I dozed today for a full 8 hours - though it was up and down from 4:40 on. 

Had a killer work out with trainer yesterday. So hard that I ended up having a bit of an asthma episode afterward - nothing bad, just a tightness I had to work through. I am really pleased with my strength progression and I caught a glimpse of myself in the full length gym mirror and wasn't horrified. I was actually pleased. I was flat from shoulders to groin - no belly protrusion. And for me that is a big deal. For me the last 20 is when I lose multiple pants sizes and it looks like I'm on the verge. 

Lots of dogs to groom today. Taking pity on a friend with bad hands and wrists and told her to bring 3 of her Cairns for me to do. What was I thinking, right? And that's after the morning groomings! 

Am up .6 pounds this AM. Makes sense after the work out and my calories were up to 1300 yesterday. I had a hungry day - post work out - an honored it with protein and fat! Carbs were great (for me) at 65.
