I'm still at 112 so needless to say I'm a very happy camper!  This number is still unexpected and I'm not sure I can hold it. Nevertheless, I think I've been at 114 or lower long enough to slowly start increasing my calories again.  Taking them up by 100 today, which is still a 400 calorie deficit, so it won't detract from my chances of possibly settling a little lower than my planned 114.

I'm so glad to have all of you here fighting the good fight with me!  Have a great Monday

BAck to work today!

Boy it was hard getting up in the dark and I had a very restless night.

I can't believe that I did not weigh this morning. Very unusual for me to forget. I'm guessing that I'm down a bit because I was on track yesterday and I had a great workout and I released a lot of water yesterday and during the night - if you get my drift! I will find out what the scale reads tomorrow.

I want to thank Linda for her post on the main board about sticking to plan by being deliberate in our actions and thinking. I held on to that idea all day yesterday and I have to say it was a very positive way to approach my eating. Every bite was logged and thoroughly thought through. Today I have pre logged breakfast, morning snack, and lunch and am still deciding on my afternoon and post workout snacks, dinner and evening snack. It really is about being deliberate in action and thought that will take us and keep us where we wish to be. Thanks, Linda!!!!

Too cold here today for the California boy. Was 30 degrees F when I left for work this morning.

155.5#

Good Afternoon...it's been an interesting morning. No heat at school except for a space heater.  They are trying to fix it.  Then we lost electricity for an hour or so...

I read all the discussion yesterday and felt like it had all been said :)  Goal weight is a very personal thing.  The PA at my surgeon's office told me that my goal weight should be 104# which is the lowest in the weight range of the BMI chart.  I laughed.  Maybe I should weigh that but I don't want to work that hard nor do I want my face to look starved.  I'd be happy back in the 140's.  It's not about the number...it's about how you feel.  I feel pretty good now but feel better in the 140's.

I guess I miss Linda's post :(

Edit: Found it...Word.  Thanks for helping me stick with it just for today.  We can all do something for one day, right?

Happy Monday...

128. still convinced its due to lack of motion on my part. but with guests gone and no gallery sitting for a few days I can get back to my usual activities. The rainy season waited for the holiday weekend to be over but now we are getting it. The month of december is stacking up with activities. Jeez for a person with no real job there sure is a lot to do.  gotta convince hubby to prune the heathers. hoping the leaves will just blow away.

I made lentil ham soup for the guests and still have some . its sure good.  maybe not the best weight control food but a cup fills you up for a long time.   diane

132 on the dot again. Guess that is where my body wants to be right now. I was a little lower on calories today so maybe I will see movement downward. I was finally able to exercise yesterday without belly pain but have some lower right pain today. No exercise today - between work and scouts and belly pain, no time or inclination.
