hi all, guests arrived, ate two slices pizza last night , up 1.5 pounds.   oh well. not gonna sweat weight until monday.

Scale the same today. 

This minor cold is zapping my energy. Not horribly, but I actually napped yesterday which is something I rarely, rarely do. I have very little to do today. Made my pie last night and Ron is taking care of the brussels sprouts we are taking. I'm going to enjoy lounging and watching the parade and doing a bunch of nothing!
