Hello everyone.

so happy that we are doing well. Congratulations everyone!

scale the same. Food was great and walking excellent.

Rain coming down in sheets, the wind is howling and it is dark out there. But like the posties, will not let the 'something, something, something, keep us from-our-appointed rounds '.

The geese are overhead and the salmon are spawning, plus isn't it daylight saving this weekend? Fall is surely here.

Enjoy your day everyone.

Good morning! Sunny but chillier today. I broke out a sweater to wear to work, so the I am finally facing the reality that the warm weather is over for another year.

Yesterday was a bit better food wise. I tried to just have my afternoon snack and wait until dinner, and did so. I had my late afternoon decal coffee after work and then had dinner. Today's hurdle is the Halloween pot luck lunch here at work. There are usually a few items that folks bring that I choose to eat, so I hope to get through it unscathed! I'm goping to the store in a few minutes to get my contribution, and I'll get something I eat.

Glad the weekend is just about here. Lots planned, so I'll be busy. Tomorrow, of course is the Halloween festivities. Monday is hubby's birthday, so we're celebrating Sunday with friends. All good. Have a great Friday! Mary

Holding steady at 115 today. The long run of excellent riding weather seems to be coming to an end. I had hoped to get my motorcycle out for one last run on Sunday but things are not looking promising.

NSV - I'm celebrating the realization that Halloween (and other) candy has absolutely no hold on me. Candy is a trigger food that I decided to not let back in after wls and boy does that take the pressure off. Three years out, I'm aware that there is no 'excitement' around candy anymore. I can honestly say that I don't miss it. That's really cool.

up a pound 127.5, dang peanut butter. off to gallery for the morning (not the one near the fresh fudge). hope we get visitors so i don't have to spend the whole time cleaning and looking for chores.

Looks like we will have clear weather for halloween which means 400 kids. no joke. diane

Scale holding steady (actually up .2, but that's negligible).

Like Linda, I am realizing this morning that I'm in such a groove that the Halloween candy has no hold on me this year. I think understanding how strong the effect of sugar is on me is helping me stay away. I am praying the true acceptance of my sugar disfunction continues to be a positive and key contributor to my weight loss and maintenance efforts.

I, too, donned a sweater this morning. It was a tad chilly. I notice I'm also back to having cold hands and last night felt like an extra blanket might be nice. I'm afraid as I reduce back down to goal weight that I'm going to be cold again. I've enjoyed not being terminally cold this year, but not the extra pounds! LOL!

IF I can find icky, yucky candy tonight I'm handing out tomorrow. If not, I'll be off to the movies and a late solo dinner!

Happy weekend to all. May the candy goblins stay away!
