Morning everyone
Kairk: well done you!!! You had a plan and you have stuck to it. And thank you for your commiseration. I now have a glass of water by the bed which has helped a lot, but it means more trips to the you-know- where.
A great food day in that had purchased some wheat free crackers that were low in calories but when I read the carb content, let us just say that the crows are a bit more pudgy. Not a lot of walking but the scale is down a pound.

As planned, I went to visit my friends at the dog show and we had dinner in the RV - chicken salad sandwiches on ciabatta and mac and cheese. Not a vegetable to be seen. I skipped the bread and ate the chicken salad (very good with cranberries and almonds and celery) and yes, ate mac and cheese. Sadly the mac and cheese was not worth the calories, but done is done.
Fun part was I stopped at the outlet malls on the way home and got new sleeping shorts and some underwear. It made me happy that I was back in a doable size for the sleeping shorts. I like them loose and the large size slim fit gave me more than ample room. I could have fit in a medium I suppose, but that size might have been a bit snug on the thigh and I don't like that at all. Got a little decaf espresso and enjoyed myself to no end! Funny - little pleasures.
Scale up .4. Probably because I was about 360 calories over my quota and the mac and cheese was Stouffer's and filled with yucky preservatives and simple carbs. On track today.
Off to smog the dog van.
