greetings earthlings
carbon, glad the 2 hour plan is helping. a good concept. my hubby is sort of on the half hour plan. he does too much snacking but trying to do better.
126.5 today. its a sunny blue sky day and i am happy to be well and alive and not gonna ***** about my weight. did some successful firing yesterday and will start new sculpture today. diane
Following plan and sticking to it is paying off. A good lesson to remember the next time I'm tempted to cut calories back when I'm temporarily up according to La Scale. While I was up yesterday and the day before, I'm down 1.5 today, which is a new low and puts me in a "new" decade (as I like to call them).
Glad the two hour plan is working for you, Carbon. I'm a three hour guy, myself.
Isn't it interesting how emotionally based this food and weight thing is? I understand the not feeling deprived issue. That is very much ME! I try to listen to my body a lot more now and realize that most of the time when I want to eat, it has very little to do with actual, physical hunger! It's the whole head game that really trips me up. Thank goodness we have a lifetime to work this out!
