Morning all

Kairk: thank you for your very kind gesture. The Mealenders sound amazing. I live in British Columbia and while they are not available in Canada, my adored daughter-in-law is going to order some through Amazon and post them up from Seattle. Amazon.ca doesn't stock them. In the mean time I wonder if just a plain old sugar free hard candy would have the same effect.

And today have written out a food plan that has a food listed for every two hours. Ie: glass of milk, half a cucumber, boiled egg.

Having thought deeply about it and most of my home problem is boredom. I mean how many times can one clean the house and how many times does one want to even do that.

I want to start sewing and when a relative moves out of the one extra room will put the sewing machine there. Right now it is in the bathroom.(better not to ask). Said relative moves mid-Nov.

Carbon: Boredom is real trouble, alright. I know a lot of my "walk by" behavior is due to boredom. Some of my eating behaviors still escape me, but I'm working on it. Glad you're daughter can get the MealEnders for you. I hope they work!

Another dog show day. But I'm LOVING the fact that the show is close by and we show in the mid afternoon. The later show time is allowing me to enjoy a leisurely Sunday morning.

Fall seems to have finally arrived. It is cooler and there are clouds in the sky that are gray instead of puffy white. I still don't think it will ever rain here again. To the south and to the north, yes. Here never, ever, ever again! LOL!

Scale the same. All is well.

hey all, 126 today. yen ha, haven't seen that in awhile. and got a nice firing result yesterday. sunny here so may get some outside chores done. and the Huskers won yesterday so all is well.

yeah carbon, find a hobby besides cleaning house. needle point, crocheting and such don't need a sewing machine. i have a friend who does beautiful bead work. anything to keep those little grazing fingers busy. giving yourself a manicure helps. good luck at dog show Kairk. diane

Winners ***** today! Yay! 2 more points under the belt. Going to show her in Napa next month and then put her away until next spring or summer. Let her grow up and really mature.

Now I'm busy picking out a new husband for Blue! Such fun!

My scale is UP!!! And, I deserve every pound of it. The good new is...I'm back on track. We had a wonderful day trip yesterday. Beautiful weather!!!

I'd like to learn how to crochet again. I have the basics from my Gramma. She was very good at it! I can eat and crochet at the same time...heh!
