Morning all.

scale down!!!! Just a smidge but am encouraged. Walked and walked yesterday in the most glorious sunshine and with the leaves turning--- wowee! It was a gift.

Have shanghaied another friend to walk at 7am and she has bear spray. So what with my jingling and her finger on the button, we are more than prepared. Still, we will stick to the main roads. No bush trails for the time being.

Enjoy your Thursday.

Back down to where I was last Saturday - finally!

More dogs shows this weekend and then a nice brea****il November. Then one show and then a long, long brea****il January or February! I am looking forward to the break, believe me.

Food front - sustainability. I have been thinking along the lines of this concept. I realize that I am pretty darn happy eating the way I am and am fairly certain I can sustain this type of eating over the long haul. I am really sugar and carb conscious, but really don't give a damn about fat. I still try to eat healthy foods (leaner cuts of meat, grass fed butter (and beef when possible), olive oil, nuts and organic cream). I have fallen into a routine and it's working well:

Coffee, then shake to start the day. Then at 10 a yogurt. Lunch at noon. Snack of apple or quest bar and nuts between 3 and 5 sometime. Dinner around 8 or 9 and then a yogurt at around 10 or 10:30. Works out to be around 1250-1350 cals per day.

What's working for you all? What routines do you have in place to keep you satisfied. As you can see, I eat pretty much all day long. It's what I seem to need. Never really full, but always stoking the fire, so to speak.

126.5. I'll take it. gallery duty today which means low activity. sometimes i walk in circles around the place and there is always cleaning to do.

well i pretty much do the same thing every day as well. coffee and pills, gy for breakfast, lunch is a couple of cheese sticks or tuna packet plus some apple slices or nuts late afternoon. glass or two of wine before dinner. dinner is on the later side - chicken or beef and something green. i drin**** water with a splash of tart cherry juice in it. later night might be some almonds or a glass of skim milk. dull but sustainable.

well the jehovah's witnesses just showed up and the dog got out and I am not dressed. Hubby actually talks to them. dog didn't get far. I am not so nice. tell them i am busy and can't talk.
