Sunday. Oct 11. Happy Canadian Thanksgiving
carbon you are so dedicated walking in freezing rain. I spent the day sitting on my behind at the art sale and then laying on the couch watching our alma mater lose another heartbreaker football game. my reward? up a half. gotta get moving for so many reasons. looks like we had some rain overnight but no reason i can't walk some. keep the faith all. diane
Was down again yesterday, but dog show, driving, club meeting and a dinner out took its toll- up 1 pound today. Oh, can't forget the sore muscles from my Friday work out. Trainer pushed me to up my push ups by 10 for each set and introduced me to kettle ball swings- oh my aching hamstrings!
Best of all is we have a new AKC Champion! Yay, BLUE!
My scale is back down some...I'm prepped and planned for the week.... Bean and Pepper Salad and rotisserie chicken for lunches. Eggs for dinner. I bought some Pumpkin Spice Protein powder and it is delicious!!!! I love it in my coffee in the morning...not really a breakfast person so early in the morning. I've mixed it with yogurt and made iced coffee in the afternoon. It's a nice treat!!!
I'm still tired...but got some good sleep this weekend. I walked yesterday and today and feel good about that. My food has been mostly on point with a planned glass of wine.
Tomorrow is a field trip to the Pumpkin Patch. Short week... Fall Break on Thursday and Friday!! Looking forward to that and celebrating 12 years of marriage on Saturday:). My husband has big plans...zip line and dinner!!! Woooohoooo!

I also like their Dutch Chocolate and White Chocolate Strawberry...I mostly use for yogurt mixing and protein coffee (not the strawberry). I've tried the Carmel Latte and it's just okay. The peanut butter cup I have to add pb2 for flavor. I wouldnt order those two again.
Quest Bar now has a Pumpkin bar...I'm going to try that as well.
