Something must be out there right now as the neighbour hood dogs are in a frenzy. Barking for the past 1 hour. What with the wind howling it is a noisy night.

walked the 5 miles and survived a computer crash that I caused. Not quite sure just what happened but it took the IT man two hours to sort out. I wanted to eat and eat but had 1/2 cookie and thought, 'THIS is not going to help the situation one whit.'

well done K on your weight loss. And to you too Mary and Diane. Yay for us all.

My scale is UP....as expected. This week is over and back to on program. I'm very tired!!!! This old lady kept up with the kiddos and the fast paced week but I crashed last night...lol.

Today, I'm getting a long walk in and the usual chores around the house. Hubby will be glued to the OU vs. Texas game.

found a half pound. oh well, not eating badly but i guess i need to track better. off to the studio to work at our fall sale. having issues with my mom's care service. long story but stressful.

carbon i bet those dogs were barking at bears. if i saw a bear i might start barking too. diane
