Good morning! Food was much better yesterday. I got on the scale this morning, after I'd eaten and had something to drink, and was pleasantly surprised! Still need to lose, but the number was less than I'd anticipated and I figure the actual AM read would have been lower before I had something to eat and drink. I still have some swelling around my knee, but don't know how much that actually contributes. I did try to find out, in the hospital, how much the new joint weighs, but never got a clear answer. I think it is probably negligeable, but who knows! :)
Carbonated - sounds like a good plan for today. You've got it!
The weather is beautiful today here in central Maine. The sun is shining and the temps are supposed to be in the mid 60's. Fall has always been my favorite season, though I don't like what will be coming in a few weeks. Enjoy the day all!
hi all. i26.5 . same ol same ol.
It occurs to me that i should not be so much reporting my weight here as I should my exercise. because thats what I am not doing near enough of. so today's plan is to do my p90 exercise video and maybe walk some. have to take the dogs to vet later so i might as well wear out the wild one. I spend too much time sitting on my butt in the studio. there is a bird sanctuary across the street. need to go walk there.
momsy glad you are doing well. good job all. diane
Sounds like everyone is doing pretty well!
I'm back from PA where there was rain, rain, and more rain! One of the shows was cancelled, but the big one on Sunday was dry and only slightly soggy since it stopped raining on Saturday morning.
Lots of stress while away - even a fender bender in the rental car (all my fault, too! DAMN!) BUT I DID NOT STRESS EAT OVER IT, and believe me I could have!
I felt I was pretty aware of what I ate and fairly careful the 5 days I was away. As I wrote the other day, I did have some pie on Friday night. Then on Sunday I did have some ice cream and chocolate chip cookies for dessert - my big splurge day. Then yesterday it was right back on track.
With all the plane travel, eating away from home, no weighing or measuring I did great, if I do say so myself. I got on the scale and weighed .2 more than the day I left. That is great success and I can't remember a time that I did not have to take off my "vacation weight". I celebrated with an almond milk protein shake (which I haven't while away).
So yeah, color me a happy camper!
