Lunch time...eating Buffalo Chicken and enjoying some quiet some before my kiddos come back! It's Super Hero Day and I'm wearing a Supergirl t-shirt...size L...Under Armour!!!  Sweet!!!

I'm hovering in the low 150's...I still would like to see the 40's again.  I'm not sure I want to work that hard...lol  I'm pretty happy here.  Hard work out last night.  I bought a Polar M400 and I'm getting used to it. My other Polar died after 10 years.   This one does way more than I will ever care about...lol

Weekly meeting with my Accountability Group from church tonight.

Happy Tuesday!

I here you about the not wanting to work that hard! It does take work to constantly monitor one's intake!

I wonder, too, Lesa  if your body is happy at your current weight due to the amount of exercise you are doing. Are you still fitting in your clothes that you wore at 140 with ease and comfort? If so, then it could be that you've gradually added a bit of muscle. Muscle takes up less space than fat pound per pound.  Ideally, goal weight should be about comfort and health and flexibility and movement - IMO. The number on the scale is only a reflection of those goals.

As new post ops most of us are overly concerned about the number on the scale. It's what we know and use as a guide. As we go on we begin to realize other things matter, too.

Okay, me.... down a pound, but still need to get rid of the other pound I found over the weekend. Not sure what's going on because the food intake is very good and on point.

My clothes are still a tad tight still;before  unbreathably (if that's even a word) tight...I can wear them now, but they are not as comfortable as I'd like them to be. I tend to like loose fitting clothes anyway.   So, I do have some more work to do.  I am losing inches!!  I measure once a month with my trainer.  So there is hope for the 140's :)

The scale is a pesky little game player...I bet that pound is from your hard workout!!!  We know that if we're doing what we're suppose to it will all fall into place!  And, YOU ARE!!!!  Way better than me...lol
