Weight same today, as expected. My body usually does a little drop and stays for a day or two then slowly goes down, does another drop, and repeats....
All is well here on the food front.
Realized that having a vision for the future is helping me a lot. I have a goal of learning how to maintain my weight. To meet that goal I have to lose some weight first. So, while I'm keeping up my new food plan (which is sustainable and enjoyable, even if I have certain "off limit" foods for the time being) I am also planning for the future on how I'm going to approach maintaining my weight. It's exciting because I never have had a "plan" for maintaining. I think having a systematic plan in place, a support system, and a goal will be very helpful when the time comes.
