Weight same today, as expected. My body usually does a little drop and stays for a day or two then slowly goes down, does another drop, and repeats....

All is well here on the food front.

Realized that having a vision for the future is helping me a lot. I have a goal of learning how to maintain my weight. To meet that goal I have to lose some weight first. So, while I'm keeping up my new food plan (which is sustainable and enjoyable, even if I have certain "off limit" foods for the time being) I am also planning for the future on how I'm going to approach maintaining my weight. It's exciting because I never have had a "plan" for maintaining. I think having a systematic plan in place, a support system, and a goal will be very helpful when the time comes.

I think that was/is part of my problem and why I had regain....no plan for maintenance. I have lots to think about... 12# to goal... 14# to happy weight!

hmmm, 125.5. must be that the floors in our house are settling and thereby distorting the scale.  either that or the cashew nuts i ate last night at the party.  cripes.  i didn't even eat any sweets.  oh well, healthy stuff for tonight.   diane
