morning everyone.  

Having read the previous posts you are all winners!,

the visitors have left.  Total chaos for a time but bliss.  I like bedlam.

weight is up.  I am addicted to bread and don't have it in the house.  One of the party is allergic to all seeds and nuts so the only bread that was suitable was the soft  white kind the you can wad up in a ball. Spread with jam , that also don't have in the house, .... perfect storm.

however Sunday and Yesterday were way better.  We did walk but not far and at a 3 year olds pace.  Mind you he did the trail twice because he was chasing squirrels.

the autumn rains and storms seem to have started with a vengeance.  At work, because of a power surge, the server was down and even though they worked on it for the day , we left with it still down. Every time this happens am always amazed/horrified how dependent we are on THE machines.

still at 125. off to gallery work this am and look at the fresh fudge sign. then errands and errands,  endless...

started doing the p90 exercise program again.  its tolerable.  diane

Life is good. Was cranky as all get out last night (dog related...Stupid young puppy girl was a total cow on the grooming table....Oh, well....but it gets to me when there is no reason for it..... LOL!) and didn't get to dinner until 10:00 pm. WAY TOO LATE! Probably had a few to many nuts yesterday, but am still down another .2 pounds.

.3 pounds (Okay, technically .4) to goal number 1. I can taste it!

Met with eating disorder shrink yesterday. She confirmed that the no sugar thing seems to be very beneficial for me mood wise, too. She pointed out that it looks as if after 7 months of working through things I have found a sustainable way of eating that promotes health and weight loss. Damn!  Now to keep on keeping on.
