well we went to the fair yesterday and I ate 3/4 of my annual corn dog.  was rewarded with half pound gain.  good thing its only once a year. the fair was fun - a highlight is this art display where kids decorate potatoes! its so cute = astronaut potato, submarine potato, pirate potato, even a mona lisa potato.   best use for potatoes in my opinion.  saw lots of people eating plates of curly fries and the servings were so huge it made me sad.  most were fat people.     oh well, the fair was 5000 fit bit steps.  diane
