another good reset day but scale not moving.  

Am very tired, probably still recovering from the 6 week journey with the exchange students and my closest friend has her five grand children visiting and  have kindly included me is their very very busy days. Yesterday we all walked the 'beach' trail and fed the squirrels.

hi all, 125 and i have decided just not to sweat it so much.  had a bad bone scan report and need to get more exercise. need to make that my focus.   hope you teachers have a great start for school.  to me, fall only means the start of college football.   diane
